TEAM CONCEPT
MODA has always based our company’s beliefs on a team concept. This means, once you are a guest, you are a guest of our entire salon company. Please feel free to change stylists within our salon at any time and at your convenience. This provides you with a variety of talents, pricing options and flexibility booking your appointments. We encourage you to get to know several members of our styling team so you can be assured to receive personalized services regardless of emergencies, vacations, illnesses or schedule changes.
CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED RESERVATIONS
MODA & Company requires:
48 hours ( 2 day) notice on all cancellations.
We understand that appointments can occasionally slip your mind and therefore we provide several reminders 48 hours prior to your appointment as a courtesy. Please help us with communications by providing us current email & text messaging preferences
While MODA & Co. appreciates all of our guests as a whole, our commission-based stylists rely on each and every guest to accommodate their own personal finances. If you are unable to attend an appointment, we would greatly appreciate your help in providing us as much notice as possible to allow our stylists enough time to fill that reservation with another guest.
Should you fail to show up for your reservation appointment within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, a No-Show Fee will be charged to the credit card associated with your account upon the SAME DAY of the NO SHOW. If you do not have a credit card on file, a Booking Hold will be placed on your account until the balance is paid in full.
DAY OF CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW FEES
•first occurrence 50 %
•second occurrence 75%
•third occurrence 100 %. After a third occurrence all future reservations will require a Non- refundable deposit to hold your salon or spa service appointments. Some guests may be better served on a ‘walk-in’ basis only.
Day-Of Cancellations & No-Showed appointments for multiple services or specialty services, extensions & bridal parties, the guest will forfeit the deposit, gift card , gift certificate or pre payments previously made.

RE-CONSULT
Your complete satisfaction is our Brand Pledge. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with all or part of the service you have received, please notify your stylist or our guest services team within 72 hours. We will be happy to accommodate the situation and work towards a seamless solution with you.
CHILDREN
MODA is privileged to accommodate your entire family and friends for services. In consideration of our guests and stylists we ask you only have your children accompany you if they are receiving a service. We appreciate and thank you for understanding
PETS
To maintain our high level of sanitation we are unable to accommodate any pets at MODA other than service animals.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Homecare and style prescriptions are our way of extending our service to you at home. We believe if we teach you how to use the products as tools you can repeat our looks at home. We look good when you look good. We do ask that you make your purchases here with us in our store and not online with mass retailers who do not handle your hair needs. We want you to know all of your purchases earn you rewards here at MODA & it helps your stylists earn & advance their education in return supports them for sharing their expertise with you. If you need to exchange or get proper product usage we are always able to help. Please don’t hesitate to ask your stylist or skin care specialists to demonstrate or offer tester products to try before you purchase. We want to know your hair & skin is being cared for in the same professional way. We have several product lines that meet our standards and vary in price point to help with your shopping experience. Thank you for shopping here at MODA & Company , shipping , gift cards and gift wrap available upon request. Most brands available , don’t see it please ask.
